Recording the voices from the daily life of Moda district of İstanbul…

Manipulating those recorded sounds in a room with the help of some technologies such as speakers and some natural sound manipulators such as acoustic mirrors.

The project area is in the place of Big Chef in Moda which has a very beautiful sea view, so my design focuses on benefiting from the sea view advantages.

The thing that I liked most about this project was that it is felt like I am becoming an architect. I started to like the things I did and understand my teachers. I started to do things i expected to do before University. Still, I wish I would not do those long columns that we can see from sea elevations. It is obviously impossible and unaesthetic, at least for me…

Note in 2022: I thought my analyzes were fine. Now, I can see how much they are missing.
